The difference between SYWV coaxial cable and SYV RF coaxial cable:
1. The execution standards of the two are different, that is, the electrical parameters are different, and the attenuation of SYWV cables with the same specifications is relatively small.
2. The cable structure dimensions are different. Due to the foaming structure of the insulation medium of SYWV cables, which has a relatively small dielectric constant, the inner conductor sizes of the two types of cables are different.
3. The production process is different. Generally, SYWV cables use physical foaming (low-end products use chemical foaming).
4. As for the form of the outer conductor, copper, aluminum magnesium alloy, copper clad aluminum, and so on are all made according to needs and can be made the same.
5. There are differences in application scenarios and performance. SYV cables are generally used for welding inner conductor joints (with better welding performance) and short distance transmission. This cable is simple and can be made with extrusion equipment.
6. The characteristic impedance of the cable (50 ohms/75 ohms) can be achieved according to user requirements.
